Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Place was very clean. Ok for friends /small family. The biggest issue were the stairs. Yes it states it 2nd floor, but the amount of stair climbing with luggage was a tad taxing for women of a certain age. Otherwise it was ok. Location great. Victoria station just a few short blocks away.
