Had a great stay here. Check in process was simple. The house is modern, spacious, and very comfortable, and the ocean view is even better in person. It’s close to El Coco Beach but still feels private and quiet, surrounded by a lot of greenery. Spent a lot of time outside by the pool and patio, which is a perfect spot to relax, especially in the evenings to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great, views were amazing, and it's got everything you need.The patio and pool area were an awesome bonus as an area to relax for a morning coffee, or an evening cocktail to watch beautiful sunsets.Even got to see some iguanas in the tree behind the property.

Fantastic view in a quiet setting, but only minutes away from downtown Coco. The house has many amenities to make you feel at home. Saw many native birds on the hillside behind the house and heard howler monkeys as we relaxed on the covered patio area in the mornings and evenings. Very safe area.

The property is very modern and well appointed. The location and view are superb. It is very private and allows you to totally disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. We started every morning drinking our coffee and watching the hummingbirds, monkeys, and variety of tropical birds in the backyard area.After a day at the beach or hiking waterfalls we would head back to the villa and enjoy the beautiful pool and soak in the picturesque sunset.Overall the property is perfect for a family our a couple that just wants to get away from reality for a little while. Pura Vida!!

Nice house with a gorgeous view. My only quibbles are the lack of dishwasher and the sticky gate. Note that the pool is narrow and deep - it’s better suited for an adult doing laps than for kids at play, but it’s still lovely. Both the property manager and the maid were friendly and very helpful.

This was a beautiful stay and perfect for our family of four. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. When we arrived, it seemed the cleaning staff had not been as thorough as they should have been, or perhaps there had been a lengthy period between the home being cleaned and our arrival. I shared minor concerns with the property manager, and the cleaning staff arrived the next morning. The home was spotless and beautiful when we returned from lunch. We had a great time using the pool, the deck, and relaxing in the hope. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to beaches and other impressive exploration opportunities. We'd definitely book this home again.
