Casa Emperadora is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Villa located in the quiet ISABELLA Neighborhood which is just steps away from Downtown Playas del Coco. There is a main house and private casita that includes and additional master with en-suite. The main floor of this villa includes a large open kitchen, living room, laundry and a half bathroom, all with tons of natural light. Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom with private 5 piece bathroom, AC, Ceiling fan, King Size bed and large walk-in-closet. The second bedroom with AC, Ceiling fan and Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has AC, Ceiling fan, full/twin bunk bed. The villa has a private swimming pool, luxurious well maintained grounds and a large shaded terrace perfect for you quiet Pura Vida enjoyment experience for reading or just relaxing in the multiple hammocks!
There is cable tv and wifi in case you need to connect to the real world. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs and can comfortably seat 6 or more if using the outdoor space which is right outside. There is a full laundry with washer/dryer. There is also a covered space for your vehicle, two vehicles can fit!

The home was prefect for our group of 8 - and the patio/pool area was a great way to cool off and a cool place to eat and relax. The kids (and adults) spent many hours in the water. Monkeys, iguanas, birds visited the patio or trees nearby each day. The walk to town, with several really tasty restaurants and beachside bars was hilly but easy. The grocery store was close enough to visit on our daily walk home from the beach. The host/property manager helped quickly with anything we needed and the bedroomAC was lovely.

Great home away from home
It was a great 2 week vacation! Close to grocery stores, 15 minute walk to downtown coco. Great neighborhood with some jungle behind the property with monkeys walking in the trees. Property manager was always easy to get a hold of with questions. Home owner answers questions very quickly.

It is advertised as a villa in a quiet neighborhood, but it is surrounded by five houses. There was construction next door and the noise was unbearable and prevented us from being able to be outside -- it started at 6:45 am and didn't end until 6pm. We immediately contacted the owner to request to leave, but were denied. There were also cleanliness issues in the kitchen and casita. There were dirty dishes and corroded/dirty kitchenware in the cabinets. The kitchen sink doesn't draln properly and the downstairs toilet doesn't flush properly. There is a sign that says to lock everything and that they are not responsible for theft, and there are bars on all windows, but there are no bars on the front door (which only has one lock), and many windows that don't lock.

This guest was one of the worst we’ve had after hosting for over 7yrs. They complained the minute they got to the home. As with anywhere no one can control if a home is being built. We did reach out to make sure the contractors were adhering to the hours that are allowed for building. We were told there were no more issues after we contacted the guest. The guests also booked their reservation with a strict refund policy that has always been in place. If traveling to another country guests should always be aware of different things that can happen. These particular guests should probably stay at all inclusive resorts where they will be shielded from local living. It’s unfortunate as hour home is very peaceful and safe!

Dannielle’s place is perfect for families seeking a quiet place located very close to everything Guanacaste and Coco beach has to offer. Very easy to find in a well developed and safe neighborhood.

PERFECT STAY
Our stay in Coco was truly perfect! This home is very charming, cozy and well kept. It was spacious with lot's of room for us to spread out when we wanted too and rooms big enough for us to hang together. The bedrooms are more than comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We spent a great deal of time lounging outside beside the private pool. "The patio and pool are perfect spots almost any time of the day". In town we enjoyed our choice of restaurants and loved mingling with the locals. This place is down the street from Coco beach and a short drive to Hermosa beach. We had a blast at both. Do not hesitate to rent this home as it will exceed your expectations in every way. This was a dream vacation and we will definitely come back to stay.

Relaxation awaits
This villa is the perfect getaway spot. Plenty of inside and outside living space. We had teens and adults in our party and the space was perfect. Minutes to shopping and the beach. There are tons of birds that fly in and around the property, howler monkeys can be seen in the trees. Coco is a great starting place for many adventures! Can’t wait to come back...
