Here, there is ample opportunity for the family to gather around cooking, cozy board games, or a good movie on streaming services. Chromecast and wireless Bluetooth speakers are available. There are three spacious bedrooms. The bathroom facilities are also top-notch, with a guest toilet and a large bathroom that includes a shower, spa bath, and access to the house's sauna. On cold days, you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove in the living room, and the energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round. There is also a central vacuum cleaner, which makes cleaning easy and convenient. The outdoor area is perfect for play and relaxation. The large terrace from 2023 is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, and the large lawn is ideal for ball games and play. There is also play equipment available in the shed.
