A stone's throw approx. 100 meters from Marielyst center, shopping and shopping opportunities, restaurants, experiences and one of Denmark's best and child-friendly beaches is only 500 meters away, this cozy renovated cottage of 105 m2 is located at the end of a quiet and closed road. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, induction stove, separate oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and sink and the other with a washing machine, sink, toilet and shower. The bedrooms are divided into two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. In the rooms with double beds you can go directly to the wooden terrace and have your morning coffee there. In the living room there is a smart TV and internet, smart a fantastic light from the skylights above one of the sofa sets, from the living room you can walk directly out onto the large wooden terrace. For those cozy and warm summer evenings, you can sit on one of the two wooden terraces that are half covered, where there is a charcoal grill and garden furniture and sun loungers. Nice large garden with space for ball games and play. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
