A brand new modern property. Fitted Kitchen and bathroom, large stduio fully furnished with double bed and double sofa bed for 4 person to sleep, Located on the 1st floor. No lift as it’s a small 3 storey building.

The host was not responsive. I requested late check out. He never got back first time and I asked again if we can leave luggage after check out and the host just said yes. Upon check in, I confirmed about luggage, the host said please stop asking and said can’t take luggage. The host said we can ask the luggage storage service but the way he said was really rude. Also next morning around 9:40am someone came knock on the door, no greeting, no introducing who he is, just asking “when are you leaving?” It was our first time that someone came knock on the door while we are trying to prepare checking out and it felt very awkward and rushed out.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Problems started immediately upon entry. The entrance area is filthy and stinks of damp, the motion activated lights didn't work so I had to guide my 76 year old mother up in the dark. The flat is furnished with the cheapest furniture on the market and the "sofa bed" is 4ft long when fully extended. The provided bath towels are tiny and paper thin, the bed linen is cheap. Upon opening the filthy curtains we also found that the windows are filthy inside and out (covered in paint on the inside), further the curtains haven't been properly hung and there's a strong chance they'll fall down when opening. The bathroom is tiny and again filthy, the shower is encrusted with dirt and muck. All of that I could have dealt with on our two day visit but on the morning of day 1, we tried to use the shower and its broken, the fitting is cracked so most of the water comes out the bottom of the shower head. We checked out, put in a complaint and checked in to a nearby hotel.
