1) Check-in: A series of unfortunate events including a delayed flight made us arrive at the property at 10:30pm, instead of 7pm. The host was extremely upset about our late arrival, despite the fact we let him know of the delayed arrival time, and told us a few times that we "ruined his Saturday". We had to struggle up 35 steps with suitcases and a baby; the host did not extend help at all while he was watching us from top of the landing. Since this is not a keyless entry property, the host had to wait for us to let us in personally which I understand. Be sure to let the host know that your arrival time does not "inconvenience" the host.2) Property: Great location. 20 minute walk to major tube stations, depending on the line. Buses run just around the corner. There are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and other shops within 2 minute walk from the property. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is a balcony where we sat and relaxed in the evenings. One bathroom had smell from the sewage coming up the pipe.

No hot water-I had to switch on the boiler.The floors & kitchen counters were filthy.The ensuite bathroom smelled like an open sewer.Hot-the apartment is at the top of the building & the skylights have no sunshade.Neither bathroom extractor fans worked.The refrigerator looked as it had been attacked with a hammer - the inside wasn't much better.The common areas & stairs smelled of mold.The host stated that the dryer part of the washer/dryer didn’t work as ‘it burned the clothes’. Fortunately for us, the weather was hot and relatively windless so we put the clothes on a rack outside & they dried quickly. But it would have been a pain if it had been raining.There was a large cabinet parked outside entrance door to the apartment, partially blocking it. This was later moved downstairs so that you encountered it right after opening the door from the street.Overall, this is the worst place we've ever stayed in - I wish I could give it a negative star rating instead of a single star.

Dear Christopher I am sorry that you feel this way. This is certainly baseless and untrue. The photos are the the true reflection of the property. The property. Its very unfair and bless allegations you are referring to. Its a decent living space for any reasonable person. I personally greeted you. you had access to reach out to me with regards to any issues or concerns you may have. you did mention the fridge a There is no issue with dryer, extractor fan or hot water. The property was cleaned before your arrival and you happened to be unhappy which I offered a cleaner to come in. I changed the bed sheets for you at 11pm just so you are happy. Anyone with genuine and fair complain I am happy to put things right and compensate. in fact you didn't mention any of these baseless allegations while you were at the property and no one else ever have complained either. The sky light is provide brightness no shedding is required the unfortunate timing you visited London and as you are aware London homes are not equipped with AC no shedding would have helped but you could have easily taken advantage of the balcony and the numerous windows in the property to compensate with the air flow and cooler temperature. again I am sorry if you feel this way but I don't think its fair you have gone out of your way to throw off potential gusts. since your complain we have already changed the cleaning service provider we appreciate your genuine concerns regards Naseem
