To the left of the living room, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and convenient stay.

On the upper floor, the duplex offers two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second features two single beds, suitable for different types of guests. Additionally, the apartment has two full bathrooms, both with showers, providing added comfort and privacy.

Located in a safe and quiet area, the surroundings of the apartment are vibrant, filled with shops offering typical and artisanal products, restaurants, and terraces where you can soak up the atmosphere and savor exquisite Sevillian cuisine. Just steps away, you’ll find the city’s main tourist attractions, such as the majestic Cathedral and Giralda, the Plaza del Salvador with the impressive San Isidoro Church, the Town Hall, and the charming Plaza Nueva.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
