About the House

The villa offers 220 m² of comfort with five charming bedrooms, three fully renovated bathrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen where you can easily cook for a group. The decor is stylish and fresh, with brand-new furniture that creates a relaxed, cosy atmosphere both indoors and in the garden. Everything has been updated with light Mediterranean accents and high-quality finishes in every room—a place where families and friends will feel right at home and can fully enjoy the comfort and space.

Outdoor Living
The outdoor space is one of Casa Paradis’s biggest highlights. There are several terraces surrounding the house, with spacious areas to relax in the backyard and on the front terraces. In front of the house is a cosy hammock where you can gaze out at the sea. Next to the large pool is a spacious dining table that’s perfect for long lunches and evenings outdoors. The whole space feels spacious, relaxed, and made for days when you’d rather spend all your time outside.

Location
Rosamar is a very charming coastal village between Tossa de Mar and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. In the summer, it’s a beloved spot—free from the crowds of other coastal towns on the Costa Brava, yet lively and welcoming. It feels a bit like the Costa Brava’s best-kept secret; with three idyllic coves right on your doorstep, you’ll feel right at home here. Restaurant Rosamar and the Can Louisa beach bar are within walking distance, ideal for a long lunch or a relaxing day at the beach.
