Great villa with wonderful view

We enjoyed our visit very much. The check in process was smooth, the house was as described. We really appreciated the complete kitchen, the shady terrace and the a/c in the bedrooms!

Beautiful house with great swimming pool in nice calm environment

We had a great week around Calonge. The house is nice and the pool perfect for our family with kids. Located in a calm neighborhood. The terrace on the roof is perfect for summer evenings.

A wonderful holiday

We had the pleasure of spending a two week vacation at Villa Grazioza. We were taken care of at all times nice and friendly from arrival to departure. Many thanks to Séverine, Tatjana and Luisa! The villa provided everything we needed for our family of four and the view from the balcony and the pool are a dream. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to our next vacation!

La maison est très spacieuse , très agréable à vivre dans un quartier très calme. La piscine est parfaite pour une grande famille. Tous les repas sont pris à l'ombre avec une belle vue. Best for relaxing by the great pool

With this pool you don't really need a beach. The house is super and large, several coffee machines, even Nespresso available. Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed outside on the terrace overlooking the sea. You should have mosquito repellent with you. Be aware that a gardener & pool service will stop by from time to time. Great stay! Many thanks to the owner and agents :)

Nice villa

The house is really well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning is available in all rooms but that is really not necessary to use it as temperature in the house can be easily managed by air venting only. During our stay we would have appreciated fixed days and early time for the garden and the pool cleaning. Neighborhoods can be also a bit noisy overnight, keep the windows closed for a quiet sleep. Thanks to the owner for letting us enjoying the house and thanks to Severine and Luisa for managing the rental. I would recommend this house for family vacations.

Vakantiebestemming in eerste klasse

Een paradijsje op de helling met een wijds uitzicht over de heuvels naar de zee toe. De ligging is ideaal: rustige buurt zonder zonder verkeer. De zee, de winkels en het dorp zijn op een paar minuten afstand met de auto. De mooiste romantische baaitjes, tuinen en pittoreske stadjes van de Costa Brava liggen dichtbij. Het hele huis heeft airco en is heel smaakvol en compleet ingericht. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het zwembad is de grote troef van deze woning: Heel mooi en super netjes. Alle onderhoud wordt voor je gedaan! We komen zeker nog terug!

Très belle villa bien située

La maison est très bien équipée y compris au niveau vaisselle pour ceux qui cuisinent. Jardin magnifique et piscine très bien entretenue avant notre lever . Excellent échange avec le propriétaire et Severine qui gère le bien . Calonge est idéalement située pour de très nombreuses visites à moins de 1h30 en voiture .
