Welcome to Casa Matilde, a charming home surrounded by a spacious 1,500 m² garden—perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature. Enjoy moments of tranquility under the gazebo or host an outdoor barbecue, thanks to the areas equipped with a garden table and grill.
The house, ideal for up to 4 guests, features a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Towels, sheets, a hair dryer, and shampoo are provided for a comfortable and worry-free stay.
Inside, you’ll find:
- A living room with a sofa bed,
- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room,
- A double bedroom,
- A full bathroom,
- A storage room.
On the side of the house is a garage that also houses the laundry room and an ironing area.
In addition, you’ll have two bicycles at your disposal to explore the many bike paths in the surrounding area. The house is conveniently located a short distance from the Leonardo Academy.
