Abbiamo cercato di risolvere la situazione quando ha nostra insaputa avete fatto entrare altra gente pensando di soggiornare in 7 quando avete pagato per 4 ma ovviamente il vostro interesse era di far soggiornare gratuitamente i vostri parenti noi host abbiamo delle responsabilità e ci aspettavamo una vostra collaborazione dunque i suoi punteggi sono inutili Grazie mille e spero in futuro per voi di non rifare li stessi sbagli
