Agradecemos también que menciones el tema del servicio de limpieza. Es una excelente oportunidad para aclarar a futuros huéspedes que el modelo de alquiler vacacional tipo Airbnb en España funciona de manera diferente a los hoteles o a los servicios ofrecidos en otros países asiáticos.
En nuestro modelo, se incluye una limpieza final exhaustiva antes de cada llegada, pero el servicio de limpieza diario durante la estancia no está incluido en la tarifa base, siendo un servicio opcional con cargo extra.
