Magnificent modern and renovated villa with private swimming pool, located in L'Escala Girona Costa Brava Spain on the edge of the protected natural area of ​​Torroella de Montgri.

It is composed of 3 modern bedrooms with high-end bedding, 2 bathrooms with WC, a living-dining room equipped with TV with TNT and wifi with free and unlimited internet access, and a kitchen modern fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.
The living-dining room opens directly onto a terrace where the swimming pool is located with a barbecue area.

On the front, a space can park two large vehicles.
Very quiet villa in a residential and family area located 10 minutes walk from the large beach of Riels.
Ideally located Villa Magnifica is perfect for family vacations.

The village of L'escala and its surroundings allow a multitude of diverse and varied activities such as mountain biking, diving, hiking, site visits, restaurants, beach xiringuito etc ...

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The only downside was the boiler, which left us without hot water. Our host William fixed it quickly, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, on the day of departure the same issue happened again. A cold shower in the morning sure wakes you up Our host was very easy to reach and shared lots of great tips about the area. It’s a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Just a 20-minute walk to the beach along a lovely, safe path — perfect for a morning coffee on the boulevard with a beautiful view of the harbor. We’d love to come back to L’Escala!

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen. Pool und Aussenanlage (Grill, Aussendusche, Sonnenliegen) super. Im Haus alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, Betten super bequem. Die Lage zum Meer, ob zu Fuss(ca. 30 min.), mit Auto (ca. 5min.) schnell erreichbar. Hund gerne gesehen und ohne extra Kosten, dafĂŒr alleine 5 Danke das wir ( zwei Erwachsene und ein kleiner Hund) unseren Urlaub hier genießen durften.

Schöner Urlaub in Lescala

Das Haus und der Pool sind so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben . Man darf keinen Luxus erwarten aber alles war in Ordnung und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner und eher fĂŒr 2 Kinder oder einen Erwachsenen geeignet .FĂŒr AusflĂŒge oder Strandbesuche ist ein Auto angenehm . Wir wĂŒrden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen . Danke an William fĂŒr seinen Support !

Vielen lieben Dank an den lieben William! Er kĂŒmmert sich um alles! Ein wundervolles Haus mit tollem Pool! Eigener Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck Sehe ruhige Straße / Lage Wir kommen wieder 2025 ! Die Lage (mit Hund) ist perfekt. Man ist direkt am Wald. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß an die Promenade / Meer braucht man ca. 20 Minuten. Aber zu Fuß lohnt es sich einfach immer wieder ( Spanischer Flair) Im Ort selber empfehlen wir die Metzgerei + BĂ€ckerei ! Unbedingt probieren... Pizza Pazza ist sensationell - Großartig! Der Ort selbst L ' Escala ist wunderschön

Sehr schöne Ferien im Oktober

Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund im Oktober sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zweckmÀssig eingerichtet, könnte aber etwas mehr Zuwendung vertragen (Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Duschkopf etc sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Wir haben noch nie so gut in einem Ferienbett geschlafen wie hier Dank einer hochwÀrtigen Matratze. Der Pool ist gross und wird regelmÀssig von einem netten Herrn gereinigt. Der Kontakt zu William war gut und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend-ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Pool wird mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt , Auto steht im Schatten spendenden Carport auf abgeschlossenem GrundstĂŒck.StrĂ€nde und Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Kontakt zu William der das Haus betreut sehr gut- er reagiert sehr zeitnah wenn man mal etwas hat! Einzig am GrundstĂŒck rund um den Pool könnte der EigentĂŒmer mal etwas machen ( Dusche erneuern z.B.) und durch mediterrane Bepflanzung und Beleuchtung etwas mehr AtmosphĂ€re schaffen.

Parfait pour passer 1 semaine hors saison en famille avec 2 ados , car au calme, et bien placé avec la foret et la mer a 2 pas. Wir waren Ende August fĂŒr 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum, er bekommt von morgens bis abends direkte Sonne ab und ist dementsprechend traumhaft warm. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Pool wurde durch Williams innerhalb einer Stunde behoben. Wir kommen wieder !

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines. La villa est exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce. Communication avec notre hÎte excellente, disponible et trÚs arrangeant pour l'entrée et la sortie des lieux. Seul petit point négatif : le manque de couverts. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir vers vous pour une future location.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Villa. Wir waren vier Erwachsene, ein Teenager und zwei Hunde. Die Lage der Villa ist super. Sie liegt am Rand des Naturschutzgebietes. Der Swimmingpool war perfekt. Die Einrichtung der Villa wie sie sein muss. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, dann ist William sofort gekommen. Diese Villa ist fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Costa Brava sehr zu empfehlen.

L'ESCALA 2022

Wir haben die ToilettenbĂŒrsten ausgetauscht, weil das unzumutbar war, diese zu benutzen. Wir haben uns WĂ€scheklammern gekauft, da die vor Ort waren , kaputt und auf jeden Fall nicht ausreichend fĂŒr 6 Personen waren. Wir haben Kaffeertassen gekauft, weil keine ordentlichen Tasssen vor Ort waren. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher vor Ort, der Toaster war am 2 Abend durchgebrannt und sorgte fĂŒr Stromausfall im Haus und die SpĂŒlmaschiene spĂŒlte ab Tag 4 nicht mehr sauber. Am vorletzten Tag, versagte leider auch noch unsere ToilettenspĂŒlung , wobei uns zum GlĂŒck die Außentilette noch zur VerfĂŒgung stand..... Unser Urlaub hatte einige MĂ€ngel, die absolut UNVERZÜGLICH versucht wurden zu beheben! Der Verwalter ist tip top auf Zack- reagiert sofort bei Benachrichtigung. Im gesamten haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub- mit einigen Abstrichen gemacht. Einiges wĂ€re noch fĂŒr uns GĂ€ste , an HaushaltsgegenstĂ€nden, die tĂ€glich kochen möchten.... dringend erforderlich 😉
