It was a very good location near a metro stop. We reached out to the host for the wifi information 3 times but never received it. Also the kitchen faucet and bathroom door handle were both broken and not repaired during our stay. Also the bathroom only has a bathtub with a shower attachment and the glass door is not properly secured so water gets all over the bathroom.

The location close to the metro is exactly the kind of convenience that makes a city stay so much easier - glad that part worked well.
That said, the wifi access issue and the equipment concerns in the kitchen and bathroom are things we take seriously. Not receiving a response after reaching out three times is not acceptable, and we'll be looking into both the communication side and the physical condition of those areas to understand what happened
