• Lovely studio with luxurious king size (UK 5ft) bed with sumptuous topper in prime location between Oxford Circus and Regent's Park.

• Located in quiet residential street.

• Surrounded by tube stations (Great Portland Street, Oxford Circus, New Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street)

• Book with peace of mind direct from the owner. This was once my own home and I have been doing rentals since 1999.

• Close to both the Elizabeth line (New Bond Street) and Heathrow Express (Paddington)

• Sunny and quiet with double-glazed sash windows.

• Equipped with Samsung The Frame smart TV, fast internet, oven with in-buit microwave, bath with shower over and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine complete with pods.

• The location can't be beat, you are one block away from Michellin-starred restaurants, the best Central London pubs, lovely cafes as well as London's famous department stores (Liberty's Selfridges and John Lewis).

• You are right in the middle of fashionable Fitzrovia. Soho, Covent Garden, Marylebone are your neighbouring areas

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Anita’s studio apartment.This host is wonderfully communicative, warm and extremely helpful.The apartment is clean, the neighbourhood really can’t be beat. Very close to anything a person could need.Close to parks, train stations, walking distance to shops.Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. And as a side note, we will be :0)

My 21 yr old daughter and I stayed here for my first visit to London. We loved it! It's a charming and comfortable flat. Anita was a great host and we had everything we needed. Close walking distance to restaurants, pubs, markets, and train stations. We easily walked to train stations and navigated our way all over London with the City Mapper App. It was so nice to come back after a day of busy exploring and enjoy this quieter neighborhood. I would definitely return to London and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Fitzrovia flat. The home is clean, everything was clearly laid out and the host, Anita, is exceptionally communicative. She provided clear check-in instructions and tips and is very quick to respond to messages. Amenities were perfect for our needs and the location was ideal. Walking distance to most anything you'd like to see in London as well as being close to tube and train stations for further afield locations and sites.It's a quiet street off the busy-ness of London which was quite nice to escape from. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.Anita's flat made our London portion of our stay in the UK a memorable one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely Fitzrovia b&b, it truly was fab.

We stayed at this studio for 10 days and it had everything we needed. The location was within easy walking distance of 3 underground stations and there were many local restaurants. We loved the quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of central London locations. The studio was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. The was a nice little kitchen with a stove and refrigerator which came in handy for breakfast foods and snacks. Anita was very attentive and communicated every couple of days to be sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful place, perfect for a couple or solo traveler.The location is perfect. There are so many shops and restaurants in the immediate area and the neighborhood is both lively and safe. It's also convenient for transit access for getting around the city and to/from Heathrow, and you have tons of options: tube stops, buses, e-bike stations... and there is a ton to do within short walking distance as well. Since it's on a side street, street noise is pretty minor.The apartment itself is clean and nice, with many amenities including a full kitchen and washer/dryer which is great for longer stays.The host was above and beyond on comms and happy to share recommendations, but the thing that really blew me away was how responsive she was when we had a potential travel disruption. There was an air traffic outage on Heathrow on our departure date and the host contacted me proactively to ask if we needed more time. We didn't end up needing it because we were traveling by train, but it was one of the most thoughtful things I've ever seen a host do and it felt like she genuinely cared about our experience.Since it's accessed by stairs, I wouldn't recommend for someone with mobility issues, but for anyone else you will love it.

This apartment was perfect for our stay! It’s located on a quiet street, but in a bustling neighborhood filled with cafés and things to do. It’s accessible to many tube lines and we found ourselves able to get everywhere we wanted to very easily. The host is extremely communicative and helpful, and we had everything we needed.

This studio flat is wonderful. We had to rehouse a tenant at the last minute and stumbled on this place. It's well equipped, safe, clean, quiet and well located with all the mod cons and more including silky pillowcases and a mattress topper. The host welcomed our tenants who had to move due to lack of water in a nearby property on Boxing Day at such short notice. We had to extend the stay to January 4th and, again, that wasn't an issue. Thank you for making an emergency less stressful over the holidays.

Anita was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I was visiting for a medical procedure.She took it upon herself to make sure I was doing okay during my stay. She was readily available and communications were prompt. All the amenities were great. The Flat was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially liked looking out the windows to see trees. It's also in a great location. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Anita!

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean studio, perfect for 1 or 2. Our host Anita was readily available by text to answer questions. We had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in London. Do be aware that there is a steep flight of 30 stairs to get to the flat, so maybe not a good choice if you have mobility challenges.

What a great flat! It has everything we needed, beautifully prepared and all amenities in perfect order. Welcome to Fitzrovia

My husband and I found this location excellent for getting around the whole city of London and having great cafes and restaurants within blocks. The studio was fine for two older adults but there are about 30 steps up to the apartment. The two seating areas were convenient for the two is to do our own thing. We would recommend this studio! and the owner was very communicative
