Spacious rural get-away with pool & yoga studio. Perfect for family groups

Set in the rolling countryside, between Cognac and Bordeaux close to vineyards, Les Passeroses is the perfect to get away from it all. The main house sleeps 15 comfortably in 8 bedrooms with 7 shower rooms (2 ensuite garden rooms can also be used for occasional extra sleeping space). Large (unheated) pool with sunset views, yoga studio (with mats , bolsters & props), well-equipped kitchen & prep room/pantry, sitting room, dining spaces, family/TV room. The gardens are full of secret places & shady spots.

Some double rooms can be divided into 2 singles. Please confirm your room configuration at the time of booking.
Please note that the garden rooms are not as comfortable as the rooms in the main house. They are not heated but can provide overflow accommodation. Extra bedding is provided. One garden room has a dry bio/compost toilet.

Perfect for large families

Amazing property, well equipped for large groups and space for all to spend time together or escape each other! Great pool and pool area. Great having so many bedrooms and bathrooms when holidaying with extended family and lots of kids! Wonderful manager on hand to answer any questions and offer recommendations. Will definitely return!

Beautiful house in rural location

Large family holiday, ages varying from 2-60. Beautiful house, great outdoor area with outside pergola and table plenty big enough to sit all 13 of us which was great. As in description location is very rural so definitely need cars, but supermarket is 10 mins drive away. Estelle was very helpful leading up to our holiday, and during our stay. Answering all our questions and popped by to make sure we were happy with everything. Local area very pretty, but we stayed in August and everywhere was deserted! Apparently lots of places in France shut down in August. Comfortable beds, but did smell a little damp in some rooms. Dehumidifiers had been provided. Very well equipt house for great holiday.

Fab house!

What a lovely property! Lots of space. We were a big family group, mixed ages. The pool was a god send as the weather was tres chaud! Beautiful sunsets. The place was very well equipped. Didn’t use the Moroccan room as it was just too hot for us. The owner was very communicative and helpful to my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice to receive some wine and coffee on arrival too. If there isn’t any use for the yoga room anymore than that room would be amazing as a family room with table tennis as this was the only thing that was missing. Thanks so much Estelle and co. What a wonderful holiday we have had! Sad it’s over!

Séjour à Nonac Revival

Nous avons un excellent séjour de 3 nuits à Nonac . Nous étions 18 personnes dans la maison qui est très grande avec différentes pièces et une salle de Yoga. Nous avons pu y avoir un cours avec un professeur qui s’est déplacé sur place. La maison est très bien équipée pour 18. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. L’endroit est calme et la maison a une superbe vue sur le couché de soleil .

Calme obsolu dans une grande demeure

Gîte super équipé, au calme (peut-être trop calme), très jolies pièces et chambres. Très grande piscine à entretenir journalièrement à cause d'un arbre mal positionné. Bémol causé par des infiltrations d'eau suite aux 2 orages. Excellents contacts avec la gestionnaire des lieux qui essaye de solutionner les problèmes.
