Communication up until the stay was really poor, didn’t feel very reassured after they cancelled initially.
On the day we arrived at 12, turned out we were in a different room compared to the one booked originally, then had to wait three hours after they said it would be ready. No communication between staff on the ground and SH Barcelona.
Other issues including had to pay over the phone and not on the website, said error everytime.
On the plus side the property we had was good, clean and in a great location for the festival. It’s just a shame that the communication wasn’t.
Ideally would have been best to manage booking in the Expedia app, and not WhatsApp or email.
