Comfortable and relaxing stay

This apartment was perfect for our family — the location couldn’t have been better. It offered all the comforts of home, making it easy to relax and settle in right away. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance or just a short ride on the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this place again for a future visit.

Great location, centrally located and with great amenities.

We loved being in the neighborhood where we felt part of the community. Loved the proximity to public transportation and to the great sites of Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with modern baths, and kitchen.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona for 6 nights and were able to make ourselves very comfortable and at home here. It was a short walk to metro stations and very easy to get around to all the sites. The kitchen was large, though minimally stocked, and having a washer and dryer was very nice.

Great Apartment for our Stay in Barcelona!

We loved this apartment! The space was perfect for myself, my husband and our 15 year old grandson. Great layout! Location was terrific- near three different Metro stations and walking distance to lots of excellent restaurants! Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona with family!

Beautiful apartment

Clean, updated, and spacious! Lots of restaurant, bakeries, shopping, and metro close by. All was excellent except for a $30 charge (evening arrival) that we didn't know about.

This apartment is a gem! We loved our stay here. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and up to our American standards:) we loved the balcony and the kitchen nook.The host was so helpful and communicative, he was in touch with us from when we landed. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, and all the main tourist attractions in Barcelona were within close distance whether via walking or public transport. It was great renting from such a professional Airbnb host, my friends and I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and Spacious

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and space in this apartment. It was our first time in Barcelona so we weren't sure of the neighborhoods but this turned out to be a convenient spot for us. The apartment was a great size. The master bath was a bit unusual with a full glass wall. but I was aware of this prior to our arrival so I was prepared. If you are like me and unsure of this, just back some suction cup hooks in your bag and hang the towels on the wall/door. This gave us the privacy we needed AND a place to hang our wet towels when done with the shower.

Perfect neighborhood

We had a great time a few glitches but wonderful. Wish there were written instructions for wash machine, it was a challenge. Finding the apartment was also challenging because has 2 street addresses and block changes, glad manager came out to find us. We might still be walking around in circles. Did not provide hand soap which I thought was necessary. The place was great overall.

More functional than fancy

Ideal location centered between L1, L2 and L3 Metro access points. Also the arena converted to mall (which is where train to Montserrat leaves from) and Olympic park are nearby. Unless you can find a place right in Gothic quarter I can't think of a better location. Unit is VERY spacious with generous outdoor patio, although not without some drawbacks which is why we can't give a full 5 star rating. Glass wall and door between master bedroom and master bath is awful (no privacy whatsoever) as is noise from sewer line in wall next to master bath toilet. Some street noise and from apartment above at times. Shower door and floor don't prevent water from running out so expect to wring out floor towels daily. Otherwise good shower pressure and relatively comfy beds. Aside from those few frustrations, I would stay here again and recommend.

All was perfect for us

The location, the apartment, and Barcelona were better better than what were already high expectations. Every day someone in our group was given unsolicited assistance by a kind local. And we were there for the demonstrations ( not protests) of October. We never felt intimidated and when around the outer edge of the demonstrators the mood of the demonstrators and authorities alike was calm and friendly. I am ready to return and stay 3-6 months.

great location; very convenient; a bit noisy

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The layout of the apartment was different than what we thought from the listing. There is a room in the hall with two twin beds and there is mold all over the wall. We didn't even leave our luggage in there! The back bedroom was dark and loud from neighbors. The bathrooms were very nice and updated. There was also severe mold under the kitchen sink. The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking. The AC units worked well on some hot days. Thank you

Very nice but not quite luxury or Eixample

Overall is a very nice apartment but it's not quite luxury - some details are missing. Some finishes missing or sub-standard in the construction. Also no toiletries in bathrooms or spices in kitchen. Location is very good but it's not Eixample - it's more like Sant Antoni. It's still a very interesting middle-class neighborhood but don't expect to be in Eixample. Also if you're going during very hot weather beware that the back wing with the 2 other bedrooms do NOT have A/C. So our daughters ended up sleeping in the family room where there is an A/C unit - just like there's an A/C unit in master bedroom. Very spacious and it has a very inviting balcony - great for people watching.

Really exceptional apartment - great floor plan, finishes and furnishings with large balcony. Good location but somewhat noisy - street traffic, construction in next door apartment, drains from apartments above. Could be better stocked with necessities - trash bags, kitchen supplies etc. Courteous and helpful reception by manager..

Perfect Family Apartment

So rare to find a 3BR 2BA apartment in Europe. And for a great price! There are ample restaurants and bakeries and groceries all easily walkable. Three Metro stations within 10 min walk get you anywhere you need to go in town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the in-house laundry and large patio were huge bonuses. The only thing lacking, and this could have been just oversights for our stay, was soap and shampoo and enough TP for a week. We will stay here again without question!

Nice but could use more attention to detail.

It was very nice but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a “luxury” apartment. When we arrived, there were several light fixtures that didn’t work, the radiators were on and we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off, two of the three air conditioners didn’t work (we really didn’t need them however), two of the three TVs didn’t work, the remote for the awning didn’t work (which we also didn’t really need), one of the shower heads was loose and we had to prop it up with a tube to use it, and there was no soap or shampoo to get us through the first day until we could shop for some (a small bottle or bar would’ve been handy). It was great to have a washer and dryer and they worked pretty well but there should be some written instructions to help figure out the settings, and the same also goes for the dishwasher. All of the above were somewhat minor annoyances but for the price we paid and to call it a luxury apartment those things should be taken care of and everything should work. Also, the bedrooms were very stark and could’ve used a picture or two to warm it up. All in all we had a good stay but it would’ve been better with a little more attention to detail.

Large Clean and well equiped Appartment in good location

We stayed at this apartment, over the Christmas holiday period in 2018, as a family of four adults. Checking in and out was organised and efficient. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the facilities we wanted, good sized balcony, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, comfy beds and a relaxing lounge area. It was particularly well situated for Placa Espanya. All other attractions in Barcelona were easily accessible, whether walking or using the Metro and tourist Busses. We would recommend this apartment and would be happy book it again ourselves.

Spacious, central and comfortable

Apt was spacious and centrally located. Master bedroom and living room were very comfortable but there is no privacy in the bathroom with a glass door and glass shower. The back bedrooms had no light and no ac. We called to have the hallway ac repaired which only blew hot air. No one ever confirmed that the ac was looked at and we got the impression that nothing was done.
