Our stay at this VRBO rental was disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. While the location may have been fine, the condition of the property and the lack of responsiveness from the host made for a very poor experience.Several essential amenities were either broken or in disrepair. Two of the dining chairs were unusable when we arrived, and despite reporting it immediately, they were never replaced. One of us had to sit on an uncomfortable bar stool all week. The coffee maker didn’t work either and, again, was never replaced.The air conditioning was broken when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until our third day — an incredibly uncomfortable situation given the extreme heat during our stay.Cleanliness was another major issue. The shower curtain was visibly moldy, and there was mold in the shower itself — unacceptable by any standard.To top it off, communication with the host was poor throughout our stay. Responses were delayed, and issues remained unresolved. When we requested a late checkout due to these problems, there was no flexibility or willingness to accommodate us in any way.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The lack of upkeep, poor communication, and indifference to guest comfort made this one of the most disappointing vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.
