Awful not enough space to finish the review!
Let’s start with the harassment that you will face once booked. They send me 12 emails to confirm an exact time and if I have cash in hand to get the keys! Who can give an exact time of arrival when you have to do immigration and get luggage in an airport? Nobody! They don’t disclose clear and in big bold letters the following:You pay extra per person per night for an additional tax. I found out when my card and my reservation were 2 different amounts!You only have 3 hours to check in from 3 to 6pm, after that they make their own rules to charge you EXTRA CASH for giving you the keys!The building is an old 5 story construction without elevator and very narrow hallways.The apartment is advertised as 3rd floor when it is in the last floor!So you need to be fit or travel with someone willing to go up narrow staircases until you run out of breathe!They don’t give you 2 sets of keys and no look box, this is very inconvenient if you have a group that at times might want to split.The bathroom has black mold, the floors are dusty, pigeons live between the ceiling and the roof which it’s very noisy but the apartment will have 20 signs of restrictions on the guest! Don’t use washing machine between 8pm and 10am, don’t walk on heels, don’t make noise in the stairwells, be totally quiet at 10pm!I complain due to the allergies I have to black mold and they force me to let them in when I wasn’t there(no safe in the place) they did a poor job and took my sons toothbrush to clean.
