Absolutely terrible experience couldn’t even get in to the property so had to travel all the way back to Manchester , spoke to a neighbour across the road and he took my number to contact me if the host comes along , I emailed him/her to call me but they didn’t back to to me

Thank you for your review. However, I must clarify that I made several attempts to contact you both before and on the day of your arrival, but there was no response from your side. I followed up after 3 PM about your arrival, and there was still no reply. You did not show up for your booking, and now claiming you arrived is not accurate.
I take pride in providing a positive experience for all guests, and I find it disappointing that this situation has been misrepresented.
Dorothea
