Outside we find a kitchen with a barbecue, a large terrace with a swimming pool with a bubble area, surrounded by grass and sun loungers.
It shares the same access to the property with two other houses that are on the same plot, but the pool is private for the exclusive use of the clients of this house.
It has private parking.
A short drive separates this accommodation from the picturesque town of Villanueva de la Concepción, where you can find pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets.
