The flat is on the third floor with lift and has a small terrace overlooking the urbanisation. A storage room with outdoor shower belongs to the flat, very practical to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach or to store the children's beach toys.

The flat is simply but comfortably furnished, offering a living-dining room equipped with a ceiling fan and an air condiitioning unit, a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and some utensils (kettle on request). You can choose between three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two with two single beds (90x180). All bedrooms are equipped with fan and wardrobe. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair.

The fine sandy beach is only 150 metres away and is characterised by a quiet, family atmosphere. There is a promenade where you can take long walks and stop for a coffee or an ice cream. In Playa de Piles there are supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and everything you need for an independent holiday. The city of Gandia with its beautiful old town is 10 km away and the golf course of Oliva Nova is 12.5 km from the flat. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
