Stylish, apartment 100m beach. 1km Port and town.
Situated in Les Marines (20km of sandy beaches), five minutes drive and fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Denia, on the second floor, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with views towards the sea, our apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
The apartment is bright and stylish and fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The modern open plan kitchen looks out on to the air conditioned living/dining room which in turns opens out on to a spacious terrace with a second seating area and table and benches for outside dining. SKY/ASTRA TV with numerous English and European channels, DVD and WiFi are provided. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms. There is an indoor table and chairs for winter use. At the rear there is a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
There are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1, with views over the pool, has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room with vanity unit and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. These two rooms share a large shower room with vanity unit and toilet.
All bedrooms have air conditioners/heaters and have plenty of electrical points. The apartment is rated C for energy efficiency and insulation.
Underground parking is provided and a lift gives direct access to the apartment. There is a a large store room behind the parking space for storage of beach chairs and umbrellas, baby cot and highchair.
Outside there are landscaped communal gardens with a large adult pool and children's pool.There is also a childrens' playground. A short walk down the lane leads to Las Albaranas Beach with its golden sands and clear blue waters and with views across to Denia Castle and the Montgo National Park. In summer there is a beach bar and sunbeds to hire. The path south leads to El Raset Beach, Denia Port and Old Town with their numerous restaurants and bars. The centre of Denia is only 15 minutes walk away. A walk north leads to Les Bovetes and Els Molins beaches . Watersports are available at both Las Albaranas Beach and El Raset Beach.
The nearest supermarket, Aldi, is just across the road and there is also a cafe/patisserie, hardware store and hairdresser close by. There are several good restaurants within walking distance serving Indonesian, French, Spanish and German cuisine, including Quique DaCosta, a Michelin star restaurant, listed no. 39 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

I have been coming to Denia since the I970s when my parents first bought property in the area. Denia is not just a holiday resort, it is busy seaside town where there is always something going on all year round and that is why we keep coming back. My family and I have fond memories of all the wonderful holidays we have had together. We hope others will enjoy it as much as we do and get to know the wonderful town of Denia and all that it offers.

We are delighted to present this three bedroom apartment because of it being so close to a lovely sandy beach and within walking distance of Denia port and town. Residencia Victoria is situated 100 metres from Les Marines Beach, 20km of golden sands and crystal clear waters, yet only 15 minutes walk from the port and Old Town. The apartments have been built to the highest specification, using top quality materials, providing stylish yet comfortable living space. The area of Les Marines offers visitors not only beautiful beaches with safe swimming and an array of watersports, but a huge choice of restaurants and bars to suit any pocket.
What makes this property unique
All the rooms are air conditioned, there are roller blinds on all the windows to keep them cool in summer, the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and there is a washing machine/dryer as well. The living room is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows opening on to a large terrace with room for table and chairs and sunloungers. There is Sky and Astra TV, providing English, Spanish, French and German channels and also Netflix. There is a good WiFi connection. There is secure, subterranean parking underneath the block and direct access by lift to the apartment. There is also a large storage room for beach chairs, umbrellas and luggage.
