The host failed to answer any of my messages, one sent several days before the stay, one sent on the first day. The apartment was so basic it didn't even have a bin in the kitchen or living room. The duvet cover was ripped and the duvet didn't even fit in the cover, there was about a metre of loose duvet cover. Shower bottles left for guests were empty. The shower is either freezing cold or boiling hot, the shower head doesn't fit the casing properly and so just falls down all the time The walls need painting, all of them. The ceiling in the bathroom had been partially plastered and not painted and there was paint peeling off the rest of it. To compound matters, the gist message me in the middle of my stay to request and I section the next day, when I suggested an alternative time and day, they never even replied to that! If you literally want a roof over your head in a central location and nothing else, this will be fine. If you expect even the most basic of amenities, forget it.

Voici quelques commentaires:En ce qui concerne la propretĂ© et l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral des lieux, le studio nous a semblĂ© assez dĂ©fraĂźchi et aurait besoin d’ĂȘtre rafraĂźchi (peinture du plafond Ă©caillĂ©e dans la salle de bain, porte de garde-robe qui fermait mal, etc.), ce qui ne donnait malheureusement pas une bonne premiĂšre impression. De plus, l’espace Ă©tait plutĂŽt dĂ©pouillĂ© et moins chaleureux que ce Ă  quoi nous nous attendions, et la dĂ©coration murale ne correspondait pas aux photos prĂ©sentĂ©es sur VRBO.La communication a Ă©tĂ©, selon nous, la plus grande difficultĂ© de notre sĂ©jour. À deux reprises, j’ai demandĂ© le code Wi-Fi ainsi que du papier de toilette supplĂ©mentaire (nous n’avions que trois rouleaux pour dix jours), plus de cintres (il n’y en avait que cinq pour deux personnes), du savon pour la douche, un linge Ă  vaisselle pour essuyer la vaisselle, ainsi que la clĂ© du coffre de sĂ»retĂ©, qui Ă©tait absente. Malheureusement, ces messages sont demeurĂ©s sans rĂ©ponse.L’absence de Wi-Fi nous a aussi occasionnĂ© des frais supplĂ©mentaires d’environ 150 CAD, puisque nous avons dĂ» utiliser nos donnĂ©es mobiles pour organiser nos journĂ©es et communiquer.Enfin, les allĂ©es et venues constantes sont trĂšs bruyantes et dĂ©rangeantes. Nous avons Ă©galement vĂ©cu une fausse alarme incendie Ă  minuit lors de notre troisiĂšme soirĂ©e et la venu de policiers pour calmer une cliente qui criait Ă  tue-tĂȘte. Nous demanderons dĂ©dommagement Ă  notre hĂŽte dans l'espoir d'une rĂ©ponse de leur part.
