About this property
Franky’s Place, Residence in Roundhay, Leeds
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish home-from-home. You will be sharing with other guests, 2 friendly cats, adorable Jack Russell, and of course, your host.
Living room, patio garden area, washer & drier along with a dishwasher in the kitchen. Ideal for those wishing to stay from a few days to a few weeks.
Included within your stay are, breakfast (see below), teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, vinegar, washing powder, fabric conditioner, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, sanitary products.
My home is a 1940s semidetached house over 4 floors. It's been my home since 2006 and where I brought up my two kids . The interior is designed by me. I am always working to improve my home, though I make sure this does not get in the way of guests.
We are located on a quiet little cul-de-sac comprising of 12 middle-class family homes.
To the back is a space for dinning along with fire pit. A small secure driveway to the front provides safe parking for one car. Off street parking on the cul-de-sack is available and where I have always parked.
Access is via the ground floor through an old conservatory, which is ideal for storing bikes, prams etc.
I always show guests around when they arrive, so they know how everything works and where stuff is located.
After this I let them settle in, making themselves at home. I enjoy getting to know my guests but am happy to leave them to get on with it.
I don’t have any silly rules. I just ask guests to be respectful regarding noise, leave areas in the house as clean as they find them ready for others to use, and not to leave external doors and windows open at colder times.
Bus stop into Leeds city centre is only 3-minutes away. Buses tend to be every 5-minutes and take maybe 10-20-minutes to get into the city centre. Within a 10-minute walk is a large Tesco, Spar petrol station (open 24/7/365) a few lovely bars/pubs/restaurants/takeaways.
Postcode is LS8 4BT if you want to look on Google Map.
Breakfast is a selection of cereal, toast, fruit, tea, and coffee.
Check-in is from 3pm-6pm, however I can be flexible IF you agree with me beforehand. They may be a charge if you request a late check-in after the booking’s made.
