So much better than we anticipated! We grabbed a place near the Ren Faire expecting to just crash for the night and head out in the morning, but we had an incredible stay! The place is spacious and clean, the host was very welcoming, and there were even a couple friendly cats wandering around we got to say hi to. To top it all off, she cooked an absolutely amazing breakfast in the morning before we headed out of things grown on the property, which was such a lovely way to end the trip. Perfect stay, no notes!
Very nice place in the country, but only a few minutes from downtown Monroe. Friendly host. Large refrigerator unit with assigned areas for each room. Great place if you like animals, dogs, cats (Daisy came into our room and hung out with us occasionally), chickens rabbits, ducks. Sometimes deer come by the property. Breakfast are very nicely prepared/presented and good portions.
The hostess Mariam is an absolute GEM breakfast was amazing, we could taste the love and pride taken in each meal. The level of organization and amenities make it worthwhile. It was a lil rainy no surprise for Washington so unfortunately didn’t get to hang out by the fire but got to enjoy a delightful bath in the spa tub with Epsom salt provided. If I’m back in the area I will absolutely be booking at The Grayson again will be recommending it to anyone headed that way. The bed was so comfy we stood in the Cascade room with private patio on the first floor its was cozy comfy and welcoming. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making us feel at home. It’s an animal and kid friendly home so if that’s an issue get over it the stay is still worth it!
The host was friendly and accommodating. Everyone was given a place in the refrigerator and in the kitchen cabinet for their food items. We also had a spot in the bathroom for our toiletries. They had a large play area for our dog. I enjoyed the large vegetable garden. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The Grayson is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Food was excellent! Owner was very kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying.

Cozy and comes with built in family!
Very homey, I was looking for a place that I would have a kitchen and got a big one here!
Comes with friendly pets. I usually don't travel alone, but since I was this time, it was really nice to have people around to hang out with. Thanks!

Grayson suite
The Grayson is an absolutely beautiful place to stay, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and relax. The people are very nice and accommodating and the environment is serene. Mariam is a very creative and gracious host who serves absolutely delightful meals along with elegant surroundings and hospitality. The friendly atmosphere welcomes any guest at any age and truly feels like a home away from home. I was really glad to find a place which not only accepted pets but made thoughtful accommodations for him as well. Having stayed for 2 1/2 months, I feel not only my energy renewed but refreshed and refocused.

A Glimpse of The Grayson: The Best of Both Worlds and Central to Absolutely Everything
The Grayson wasn't born from a brainstorming session or a flawless blueprint. It evolved organically over time, through real-life trial and error. We don't claim perfection — we are always a work in progress, constantly adapting and staying resilient. But at the heart of everything we do, our core value is balance.
Today, that evolution has made The Grayson the ultimate strategic hub for a weekend escape or long-term work-life balance. We are central to everything: a short commute for 30+ day corporate and tech relocations to Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and SpaceX in Redmond and Kirkland. Yet when you drive up our tree-lined road into this quiet equestrian neighborhood, you can literally feel the stress roll off your shoulders. We are completely tranquil and off the grid, yet just two miles from artisan shops, historic pubs, and eco-friendly PNW adventures.
Our absolute biggest compliment is our repeat guests who book with us again and again. Whether we are providing Insurance Alternative Living Expenses for short term stays for displaced families, supporting IT consultants needing our high-speed Starlink, or welcoming back snowbirds returning for their annual trip, our guests quickly feel more like old friends we look forward to catching up with.
Food: The Universal Language of Connection
We genuinely love people, and we believe that food is the universal language of connection. I absolutely love to entertain. We believe food should be the ultimate comfort, which means it must be poison-free. That commitment starts at the source: our property runs on pure well water, completely free of chlorine and fluoride. From there, our garden-to-table kitchen crafts mouth-watering, restorative meals to fuel your day, free of the refined chemicals found in standard diets.
Why they chose this property
I assure you that if you choose Graysonlife you will leave here feeling as if you have spent years reconnecting with yourself in your short stay. Our one goal is that you are always happy, pampered, and recharged.
What makes this property unique
Executive retreat where entrepreneurs and business professionals come to find the inspirations in life that are desired for self-actualization. Work life balance is easily achievable, once someone else takes care of the mundane tasks, our clients focus on what matters to them and this maximizes their productivity.
My passion is helping others gain balance, transform their life, recharge and refocus on their goals.
We enjoy having our own Organic Garden at our Grayson retreat.
