Villa Alvaro Lanzarote offers an excellent central location within strolling distance of Playa Blanca centre. Perfect for large families or groups with lots of space throughout, it has a great pool terrace with a fabulous al fresco dining area large enough for your whole party. There are also 2 separate kitchens and living spaces. Choose to enjoy this fantastic villa’s private setting or make the most of the proximity to bars, restaurants and lovely sandy beaches – the best of both worlds! WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Alvaro Lanzarote is a semi-detached villa with a prime position in Playa Blanca, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and the ocean front promenade. Here you’ll find a great choice of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. Stroll along the the scenic walkway that hugs the coastline and you’ll discover more beaches, including the excellent sandy shores of Playa Dorada, plus the chic setting of the Rubicon Marina. While in this part of the island you also might like to visit the stunning Papagayo Beach. Alternatively, why not hop on a ferry from the harbour and spend an afternoon in Fuerteventura?
