Just 350 meters from the house is the beach, where a bathing jetty is set up from Pentecost to September – perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The area invites nature experiences and fresh air.



The large garden has both a sandbox and a volleyball net, so both children and adults can enjoy active outdoor days. The terrace is suitable for barbecues and cozy outdoor meals.
