Kommandørgaarden’s Icelandic Horse Center Located just past the hotel, through the campsite and past the cabins and summer land, you’ll find the Icelandic Center. Home to 120 magnificent Icelandic horses, this center offers daily guided horseback riding tours around the scenic landscapes of Rømø, Mandø, and Koresand. Tours vary in difficulty and duration, from beach rides for beginners to plantation tours and longer, more challenging excursions for experienced riders. Whether you’re looking for a single ride or an entire horseback riding holiday, the center provides unforgettable nature experiences on horseback.
