The Villa Bianca (300 m²) is a very pleasant home sleeping 8 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- On the ground floor you’ll find the open concept kitchen with island and piano, a wine cellar, and access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. Toilet. Laundry room. External access leads to a bedroom with double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
- On the first floor is a lovely living area with open fire place and TV, a toilet, as well as a terrace that overlooks the vineyards with comfortable outdoor seats and parasol.
- The second floor features 3 spacious double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The sunny outdoor spaces are well-designed and peaceful, encircled by a hedge featuring "windows" that gaze out over the vines. You’ll enjoy dining on the patio with barbecue, and the refreshing swimming pool.

The Villa Bianca is located near the charming village of Neive (3 km), along the 'Strada Romantica delle Langhe e del Roero': the ideal starting point for walking and cycling itineraries across the rolling hills of the Langhe region in Piedmont. Don't forget to explore the many local wineries that produce wonderful wines! Wines and cheese, truffle, gastronomic delights with unforgettable flavors… all engulfed in a picturesque rural Italian setting for an enchanting vacation filled with relaxation.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA BIANCA by Northitaly Villas:
Included:
Water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen plus bathroom and pool towels, wireless internet, smart TV, piano, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (11 x 4,5 m; depth 1,2 to 2 m), garage parking

Extra to be paid:
- Security deposit by bank transfer to the owner (refundable): 1000 euro
- Heating (seasonal): 70 euro per day
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only): 60 euro per animal
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Arrival and departure:
In high season the reservations per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside of high season there is a minimum stay of 4 nights at an increased nightly rate of +20% for 4 nights, +15% for 5, +10% for 6 nights.

Note:
- Swimming pool opened seasonally approximately from May to end-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Parties or events not allowed.

Additional services:
Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat & bike rentals, and other extra services: upon prior request only - we will gladly provide you with the direct contact details of the service providers to enhance your villa vacation experience.
Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
