The two bathrooms have underfloor heating, and the largest has a spa and access to a sauna. There is an enclosed and secluded sunroom for relaxation, as well as a really large terrace where you can follow the sun all day long in the open air. The house is built with good materials and is very well maintained. The house is located directly opposite a playground. It is located on a gravel road with very little traffic, within walking distance of a put-and-take lake. Skaven is a very popular place for water sports, and many surfers and kitesurfers come here because of the shallow water and the almost always fresh wind. Enjoy the atmosphere in the small, charming harbour with pleasure boats and fishing boats, where you can buy freshly caught fish. There is also a restaurant from which you can enjoy the view of the fjord. The beautiful nature invites you to take wonderful walks and bike rides.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
