A beautiful light and spacious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment set in the Duquesa area with 2 terraces, including a private sun terrace with sun all day which offers stunning panoramic views of the sea, Duquesa marina, the communal swimming pool, mountains and golf course.



The apartment sleeps up to 4 people, with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds and is fully air conditioned, has it's own WiFi connection and smart TV from which you can access your subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and Rakuten.



Situated in the peaceful, gated complex of Terrazas de los Hidalgos which has a large communal pool, parking and is about a 15 minute walk to the beach and Duquesa marina. Drive to Marbella or Gibraltar in 30mins, Estepona in 15 minutes and Sotogrande in 10 minutes.



The complex is located on the Los Hidalgos urbanisation and is in walking distance to the Los Hidalgos commercial center which has a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and a gym.



An ideal holiday for families, couples and also golfers, with numerous golf courses nearby and a warm climate all year round.

A very clean, tidy and well equipped apartment. Walking through the door in the living room, you are greeted with the most beautiful views through the window of the sea and surrounding area. The Penthouse terrace is breathtaking. The gardens/grounds are immaculate.We would definitely return.
