The separate modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The main bathroom comprises of a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

The property has road parking only with restricted parking opposite, there is also a public car park (Overstrand car park) at the end of the road (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed).
