Heather catered for every need. The house was gorgeous, with a little nook for some quiet time, which everyone enjoyed at some time during our stay!Having a car port was a real bonus Would definitely recommend this place
Even better than the photos- spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds, great shower, quality linen. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Being so close to the sea & park means lack of outside space is no issue. Highly recommend this property.
The accommodation was very good and the photos do not necessarily do it justice, and was very happy from the moment we walked into the property. This is our first time staying in a property with a split basement and first floor set-up. No problems at all with plenty of comfortable seating and resting places for everyone.It gives a feeling of being refurbished in recent times, and was a great place to base ourselves for exploring Swanage and surrounding areas, plus is a 2 minute walk into the centre of the town.Being close to a main road, I was initially a bit of a concern about traffic noise, but really wasn't a problem for us, which allowed us another great stay in Swanage.
I have lost track of how many times we have stayed here, but every time is as good as the first! Swanage is a very special place and so is this apartment!
We had a very pleasant 10 days stay here, our first visit to Dorset. We found Swanage to be a lovely base, with plenty to do, good walks and abundant shopping. We walked lots - Old Harry Rocks, Durlston Castle, and all round the town - took the train to Corfe Castle, and visited Lulworth Castle and Kingston Lacy. An intended trip on Waverley was sadly cancelled due to bad weather, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
The apartment was beautiful, it had everything that you needed, it was beautifully furnished spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent a stones throw from the sea, and convenient for the restaurants and amenities.
I would highly recommend it, and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful few days at this remarkable property. Situated next to the pier and close to some of England’s outstanding areas of natural beauty. The property itself was quite stunning! Spacious, well resourced, luxuriously decorated and very comfortable - we really appreciated the good communication from the owners and had a thoroughly wonderful time at this property.

The apartment was exactly as described on the site, well appointed and a perfect location .We could walk into the centre within 5 minutes.Heather and Joe were very helpful when we had a slight problem with the TV.
All in all to be recommended.
This property definitely had the WOW factor. As we arrived and walked in through the front door we were so happy. The property is beautiful, immaculately clean, has everything you need including lovely underfloor heating, a magnificent kitchen and the location is superb. The sea and stone jetty are just two minutes down the road and you can walk to the bakery for fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. There are some wonderful places to eat just on your doorstep and as for walking; it is a walkers paradise. The bus service is fantastic so you could visit without the use of a car and get about easily. The property is so beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It is the most ideal place to spend a holiday. Thank you Heather and Joe.
I have holidayed in swanage for over 30 years and return now with my own family at least annually. Having stayed in all types of accommodation; caravans, the YHA, houses and now this apartment - I must rate this as possibly the best stay so far!Heather and Joe have a beautiful split level apartment, offering spacious bedrooms, plentiful storage and a lovely snug area.Booking and check in was simple, with Heather sending all necessary info needed a week in advance.The apartment has its own allocated parking and the perfect location means you can explore Swanage on foot without using the car.The apartment itself contained EVERYTHING you needed for a family beach holiday: picnic basket & blanket, buckets & spades, family games, highchair, baby seat, changing table, hoover, iron and ironing board and the kitchen was stocked with every piece of crockery and utensil you'd need. There were towels, hand soaps,coffee pods, tea bags, dishwasher tablets.Kids loved the reading area, bunks & the lower lounge. We loved the huge downstairs bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe.If we were looking for any niggles?There isnt a washing machine - we do normally like one if away for 7 days but we knew this in advance and wasnt really an issue.On arrival we found it extremely difficult to open the front door as the key left in the key safe didnt work very well and we stood on the steps for 5 minutes trying to get it to work. (We later used the spare key for the rest of the week.)
Beautiful interior with a definate WOW factor. Very close to beach and town. Sparklingly clean. Well equiped kitchen with the bonus of a gas hob. Absolutely loved it.
The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy. It was beautifully furnished and in a great location, just 2 minutes walk from the sea and all Swanage pubs and cafes and shops.
We are delighted to have stayed here. The property is charming and cleaned to a high standard with excellent decor and well equipped, including for a young baby. The Location is close to the sea front, shops and amenities as well as a long term carpark for a second car.
