Villa Cruz overlooks the valley out to the Bay of Zupa Dubrovacka with incredible panoramic Adriatic sea views. Perfectly located to explore Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro. It is 8km from Dubrovnik centre, located just over the border in the Herzegovina region of Bosnia (new faster border controls introduced in December 2019).
The villa, with A/C, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, extensive private terrace, jacuzzi and pool, comfortably accommodates 8/10 guests with its 310 metres squared living space. 4 generous bedrooms, all with balconies.
The beautiful beaches of Milini and Srebreno are a 10 minute drive away.
Inland is the historic walled town of Trebinje, dating back to the 13th century it is a delight to explore with numerous restaurants/bars/daily market/coffee shops. And also a newly opened Waterpark provides fun for all the family.


The space
Villa Cruz has a breathtaking view out to the Adriatic Riveria. The large open plan living area and well equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery for indoor and outdoor dining, microwave, dishwasher breakfast bar and large dining table and are perfect for groups and families.

Our super spacious patio with pool (7m x 4m, 1.4m deep), jacuzzi and outdoor shower provides plenty of opportunity for relaxation and fun in the sun with a view! We have comfortable loungers to take in both sea and mountain views, with a large outdoor patio table and a BBQ. Pool heating is included, in the warmer months of July & August pool heating is available at £15/day.

The bedrooms are large, bright and all have A/C and balconies looking out onto the amazing views! The 3 king bedrooms have sliding wardrobes and the twin bedroom has a wardrobe.
The full bathrooms have a walk in shower, bath and WC.

Guest access
Our property manager will meet you at our villa and for late arrivals we have a key safe, access information will be provided after booking.
We also have an extensive brochure in Villa Cruz detailing places to visit and directions, our property manager will also be happy to help. Our guest book is also an excellent source of tips for days out, restaurants and sights to see.

The entire villa and extensive patio area with jacuzzi and private pool is solely for guests use.
Pool heating is provided in cooler months and for the months of July and August is available at £15/day, Please note no events or parties are allowed.

Other things to note
All bedding is provided.
We provide bathroom and pool towels but not beach towels.
Bedding and towels changed on request or after a 1 week stay.
Price includes cleaning/service charge. Additionally, a complimentary 2 hour mini house keeping service is provided once per week for the bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area.
Please note that we have: 3 x king beds, 2 x twin beds and 3 x underbed pull out beds.
On request we can provide a high chair and a large baby travel cot.
