La veille du départ je n’avais toujours aucune information concernant la procédure d’arrivée . Tentative de contacter le gérant: plate-forme de réservation pour les logements type hôtel en anglais ! Appel à Abritel de nombreuse fois mais difficultés à avoir des informations !j’ai finalement eu les renseignements pour l’arrivée à 20h la veille du départ. J’ai souhaité un logement et non une chambre pour pouvoir cuisiner:Arrivée sur place très peu de vaisselle , sale et une poêle plus que usée !Que dire des nuits? avec une multitude de ventilations juste derrière la fenêtre , un bruit permanent …fenêtre fermée. Les nuits d’été doivent être extrêmement bruyantes.Matelas trampoline,du papier toilette manquant et une douche moisie …bref! À fuir
Las escaleras para acceder al alojamiento son muy estrechas y había sacos llenos de toallas en medio de las escaleras, lo que dificultaba mucho el acceso. Había que saltar por encima de ellos para poder subir. Hubiese sido imposible una evacuación rápida en caso de incendio. En ningún momento se retiraron durante los 5 días de nuestra estancia.De los cuatro enchufes que había, solo pudimos utilizar dos porque los otros no funcionaban. El router tampoco funcionaba, así que no pudimos tener red Wifi.Había pocos cubiertos; una cuchara, dos tenedores y dos cuchillos, además sucios. No había productos para limpiar la vajilla ni un paño, ni papel de cocina. Nada. Las ventanas eran muy pequeñas y estaban sucias, y daban a unos patios donde había también mucha suciedad.El colchón era viejo y de muelles, muy incómodo incluso para una persona. Para dos era tortuoso.La alarma de incendios se disparó (sin motivo aparente) a las 8:15 de la mañana del tercer día. Estuvo sonando más de 2 horas y no se presentó absolutamente nadie en el edificio a saber que estaba pasando, ni acudieron los servicios de emergencia. En caso de incendio reales las consecuencias habrían sido fatales (y contando con lo que expliqué de las toallas que bloqueaban el acceso).Tras todo esto la valoración por nuestra parte es muy baja. Nada recomendable. Nos gustaría un reembolso de parte de lo que pagamos por nuestra estancia.
