Wir sind nur 15 Minuten in dieser Wohnung geblieben. Doch der Reihe nach: In der Beschreibung steht, dass man 3 Tage vor Anreise die Zugangsdaten erhält. Dem ist nicht so. Obwohl wir uns darum bemüht haben, waren wir dem Gastgeber keinerlei Reaktion wert. Erst via Fewo-Direkt erhielten wir die Nachticht, dass wir die notwendigen Infos erst unmittelbar vor Betreten der Wohnung erhalten. So war es dann auch. Den Code für die Haustür brauchten wir nicht. Jeder konnte das Haus betreten. Die Tür war nur angelehnt. Die Wohnung erreicht man durch ein sehr enges, verschachtelten Treppenhaus, wobei wir darauf achtete, die Wände nicht zu berühren. Auf der Treppe lagen ca. 15 mit Schmutzwäsche gefüllte Säcke. Als körperlich behinderte Person musste ich diese Säcke anfassen und beiseite räumen, um zu der Wohnung zu gelangen. Keine schöne Erfahrung. Die Reinigungskraft war noch nicht fertig, hat sich dann aber sehr beeilt. Der 4-stellige Code, den man dann über eine Tastatur an der Türklinke eingibt, funktionierte dann. Ändern kann man ihn nicht! Einen Riegel innen gibt es nicht mehr. Die Tür wurde zudem offensichtlich schon aufgebrochen und repariert. Jeder, der den Code kennt, kann die Wohnung also jederzeit betreten. Unser Sicherheitsgefühl war komplett dahin. Die Wohnung selbst ist für die Beschreibung wirklich überragend fotografiert. Inkl. Toilette sind 12qm dann doch sehr klein. Alles klebt. 2 Paar schmutziges Besteck. Ich hätte die Töpfe niemals benutzt. Wir sind dann ins Hotel...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried contacting the host multiple times a week and a half before my stay, even Vrbo assistants called them multiple times and there was no response until the day before. Didn’t get check in details until 40 minutes before. The flat was not clean, stains in the bedding, hair in the shower. WiFi did not work at all. There are huge bags of towels going up the many flights making it impossible to bring a suitcase up, pictures are in a previous review from someone else. The hallway light in the building outside the flat kept going off and on all night as if someone was out there making us feel very unsafe. All around would never book here again or with Vrbo for the horrible help I was given with this property.

La veille du départ je n’avais toujours aucune information concernant la procédure d’arrivée . Tentative de contacter le gérant: plate-forme de réservation pour les logements type hôtel en anglais ! Appel à Abritel de nombreuse fois mais difficultés à avoir des informations !j’ai finalement eu les renseignements pour l’arrivée à 20h la veille du départ. J’ai souhaité un logement et non une chambre pour pouvoir cuisiner:Arrivée sur place très peu de vaisselle , sale et une poêle plus que usée !Que dire des nuits? avec une multitude de ventilations juste derrière la fenêtre , un bruit permanent …fenêtre fermée. Les nuits d’été doivent être extrêmement bruyantes.Matelas trampoline,du papier toilette manquant et une douche moisie …bref! À fuir

Las escaleras para acceder al alojamiento son muy estrechas y había sacos llenos de toallas en medio de las escaleras, lo que dificultaba mucho el acceso. Había que saltar por encima de ellos para poder subir. Hubiese sido imposible una evacuación rápida en caso de incendio. En ningún momento se retiraron durante los 5 días de nuestra estancia.De los cuatro enchufes que había, solo pudimos utilizar dos porque los otros no funcionaban. El router tampoco funcionaba, así que no pudimos tener red Wifi.Había pocos cubiertos; una cuchara, dos tenedores y dos cuchillos, además sucios. No había productos para limpiar la vajilla ni un paño, ni papel de cocina. Nada. Las ventanas eran muy pequeñas y estaban sucias, y daban a unos patios donde había también mucha suciedad.El colchón era viejo y de muelles, muy incómodo incluso para una persona. Para dos era tortuoso.La alarma de incendios se disparó (sin motivo aparente) a las 8:15 de la mañana del tercer día. Estuvo sonando más de 2 horas y no se presentó absolutamente nadie en el edificio a saber que estaba pasando, ni acudieron los servicios de emergencia. En caso de incendio reales las consecuencias habrían sido fatales (y contando con lo que expliqué de las toallas que bloqueaban el acceso).Tras todo esto la valoración por nuestra parte es muy baja. Nada recomendable. Nos gustaría un reembolso de parte de lo que pagamos por nuestra estancia.
