This flat is located in the centre of the town and beach of Porto Santo, close to services, supermarkets, and the famous golden sandy beach.

With good areas and excellent sun exposure, this flat has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and can also accommodate two people. There is a bathroom with a shower in the corridor that serves the whole house.

The large living room is perfect for relaxing or dining, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals during your holiday. From the living room, you have access to a generous outdoor terrace with a table for enjoying moments with friends and family.

The flat also has a laundry room with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a maximum capacity of 4 people. Free public parking is available just 1 minute from the property.

AREA
Porto Santo is a beautiful island in the Madeira archipelago, Portugal, known for its 9km golden sandy beach, crystal clear waters, and tranquil atmosphere. The sand is believed to have therapeutic properties, attracting visitors seeking wellness treatments. Other attractions include Pico do Castelo, offering panoramic views and historical ruins, and Vila Baleira, the island’s charming capital with cobblestone streets and the Christopher Columbus House-Museum. The island also offers water activities such as diving, sailing, and windsurfing, as well as a variety of local restaurants. Porto Santo airport is about 7 minutes’ drive from the property.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the property is by transfer, which can be booked with local partners and is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps can easily find the address. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- A Municipal Tourist tax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this fee before arrival.
- All guests are required by Portuguese law to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival). If not scheduled, check-in will be subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. There is a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket in the property.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
