This light and airy holiday home offers wonderful accommodation over two floors in central Saxmundham, just a stones throw from the train station, ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside with the picturesque town of Aldeburgh just 15 minutes away.
The open-plan living/dining room is a great place for relaxing with friends and family for a weekend away, and the well-equipped kitchen enables you to entertain at home if you prefer. There is a stylish bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms downstairs, the main with a king size bed and the second with two single beds.
Outside there's parking for one car on the driveway and further parking is available in the town. Lower Cedars is in the heart of town with The Bell Hotel and other eateries on the doorstep. The station is very close with journeys to London Liverpool Street less than two hours and you can hire bikes locally to explore the area by bike.
KITCHEN
At the back of the house, this modern well-equipped kitchen has units wrapping around three sides with an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, breakfast bar with stools, washing machine, tumble dryer and a kettle and toaster.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
A great space to socialise in with beautiful mid-century furniture and a bay window flooding the room with natural light. A dining table and chairs sit in the window area with a sofa and armchair giving extra seating to chill whilst watching your choice of programme on the Smart TV with streaming apps including Netflix.
DOWNSTAIRS MAIN BEDROOM
A spacious king bed with bedside units, a dressing table with storage drawers, armchair and a wardrobe.
DOWNSTAIRS SECOND BEDROOM
This room has two single beds with bedside units and a chest of drawers.

Shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
