These lake-front homes, located on a quiet Cul-de-sac driveways. Their driveways are 90 feet apart. These homes are inholdings of the 2000+ acre Lake Norman State Park.

Of the 2 million homes listed on VRBO and HomeAway these are the only two which are inside a park. How is that for being unique and exquisite.

The Park Place home has:
- 6 bedrooms (4 are suites), 6.5 bathrooms; sleeps up to 20 guests
- The 4 suites have their own private bathroom and deck
- There are 5 sleeping sofas, 3 of them are located in the 30 by 15 foot movie theater
- No bunk beds
- the linen room contains the home's washer and dryer
- the master bath has a 7 by 9 foot walk-in shower and a jet tub
- The home's Private Dock has room to dock two boats, one of which can be a pontoon boat

Park Place, the 4400 square foot larger home sleeps 20 and has four private suites. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. There is a movie theater with Direct TV, Wi-Fi connection with the Chromecast device that is provided, tv, blue ray DVDs, vinyl recordings, x box and Nintendo. Your private dock is located in your own very private cove right off the main channel.

Boardwalk, the smaller home, has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Its private dock is on the lake's main channel. There is a boathouse and a sunfish that comes with this home. Television is through an antenna and a Firestick. There is also a router for Wi-Fi.

Both homes come with fully stocked kitchens, 2 grills, 2 kayaks and 2 canoes. Linens and towels, charcoal and propane for the grills, toilet paper and paper towel are also included along with laundry and dish washing detergent.

Please bring you own personal shampoo and body soap.

The homes are not child prove but each home does come with a high chair and pack-n-play.
