This has not been a very enjoyable stay. The listing indicated, two times in the description, that there was air conditioning and there is no air conditioning in this house. Second, the description said there was a king size bed in the bedroom and that’s not the case. We were only left with two small rolls of toilet paper. I’ve called multiple times to check my guest and BellVilla to get a resolution on this and no one has been able to help or get back to me with either a refund or price reduction or moving us to a different house.

Our stay at Joffrey's apartment was fantastic, The location is superb, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance to the center of Paris, The check-in process was straightforward, and the apartment felt safe and secure, It's a modern and clean place with great amenities, The apartment can accommodate four people with the sofa bed, but it's a bit snug with limited privacy, so you should be okay with sharing close quarters, The only downside was a persistent drainage smell in the bathroom that required us to use air freshener and keep the bathroom door closed, The hot water supply was also limited, allowing only one quick shower for all four of us, which was a bit challenging, Despite these minor issues, the fantastic location more than made up for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Clean apartment but no AC and construction truck noise

We stayed in this apartment in July of 2025. We were disappointed that the listing said it had AC, but there was none -- only a fan. I contacted the management company while we were there and they admitted there was no AC. And the street, while yes very convenient to cool neighborhoods and easy Metro (Oberkampf stop), was very noisy. It's a narrow street with a very large construction project blocking one end of the street. We had large construction trucks reversing down the street -- while we had to have the window open (since no AC) and we were on the ground level. It was very noisy.
