This elegant three-room apartment offers an open-plan living area with a fully equipped central island kitchen and a dining table, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. The space includes a cozy relaxation corner with a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, an armchair, and a TV. From the sliding glass door, you can access the covered balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the village.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both thoughtfully lit and equipped with the necessary storage space for clothes and accessories.

There are two spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of sports or hiking, and one with a shower, offering practicality at any time of the day.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit are provided. A gift basket with everything you need for your first breakfast is also included.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, but the property includes a shared condominium garage available for a fee.

Andermatt Arve Relax is located in a residential area surrounded by the Reuss River and the mountains, just a short walk from the center of Andermatt and the train station. Numerous restaurants, cafés, shopping stores, and sports equipment rental points are nearby.

Thanks to its altitude and strategic position in the Orsera Valley, Andermatt offers one of the best skiing experiences in Switzerland, with abundant snow and top-level infrastructure. The ski lifts are approximately 600 meters from the property (Andermatt Gotthard Sportbahnen).

Just two minutes by car, the Andermatt golf course offers players a wonderful experience in nature, with an 18-hole course winding through lakes, sand bunkers, and wide green expanses.

In the summer months, the area boasts a wide network of mountain biking trails, beautiful hiking paths, and via ferrata routes.



How to get there:

By car: From the A2 highway, take the \"Göschenen/Andermatt\" exit and set the GPS. The property is about 10 minutes away.

By train: Trains are available from Basel, Lucerne, Zurich, or Zug, and Locarno, stopping at Göschenen. From there, a direct connection with the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (R44) takes you to Andermatt station in 10 minutes. The property is about 600 meters away.
