This is our second time staying at this lovely lakefront house. It is a great location, right on the lake with dock access and kayaks available. Grocery stores are close by and only a 6 minute drive to Bemus Point! We love the clean, comfortable, and cozy cottage!!

This house has it all! Our boys loved fishing off the dock, kayaking, paddle boat, bonfires, and playing cornhole. The rocking chairs under the covered patio are perfect for reading and napping! Very clean and very helpful neighbors!

Amazing Lake Home

This lake home has everything you need to have an amazing vacation with your family or friends. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable for our family of 5 with room to spare. My family enjoyed kayaking, fishing from the dock, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and relaxing. It was a great location to get away from our hectic daily life back home to reconnect and recharge with the most important people in our life, family!
