This spacious and well equipped 4 bedroomed detached villa with a private heated pool is just a 15 minute walk away from the town centre and main seafront of Playa Blanca.

Casa Georgiana is a real home from home in a peaceful but central location. It sits on a large plot with lots of outdoor space where you can have sun or shade all day long.

You enter the house via a hallway, and go down two steps into a large, high ceilinged, open plan dining area. The dining area has a large table with eight chairs, and provides a central point for the villa.

Lounge: Double doors open from the central dining area into a comfortable lounge, with sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace (with electric fire for cooler evenings). There is a TV with UK channels. There is Wi-Fi throughout.

Kitchen: From the other side of the central dining area, you access the kitchen. A breakfast bar with 4 high stools separates the dining area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals whilst away! The kitchen has a full oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, washing machine as well as smaller kitchen appliances such as a slow cooker, mixer, steamer and grill. There is plentiful crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, and lots of cupboard space.

The villa has four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a window, stand fan, wardrobe space and mirror.

Eight sunloungers and a parasol are set around the pool, and a covered gazebo area with a table and 8 chairs with cushions give you the perfect setting for alfresco dining. There is also a Canarian BBQ.

The pool is larger than average at 7.5 x 4.5 metres, has a cover, and is heated all year round.

The property is surrounded by high walls affording good privacy. There is a driveway with a private parking space, and there is also plenty of parking on the road directly outside the property.

The property is located on Calle Nepal, which is a quiet street in a central area of Playa Blanca.

The location of Casa Georgiana makes it popular with guests who want to be within easy reach of Playa Blanca’s town centre. A 15 minute walk brings you to the very centre of Playa Blanca town, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as some lovely beaches.

Playa Blanca has a well-stocked supermarket in the town centre, and a Lidl, which is 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive in the opposite direction from the villa.

Playa Blanca has several beaches ranging from the small beach in centre of town, to the large Playa Dorada, where you’ll find sunloungers and pedaloes, and the unspoilt beaches of Papagayo.

Playa Blanca’s Marina Rubicon is the place where you’ll find the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, as well as lots of lovely restaurants overlooking the boats, and some designer shops.
