Our apartment is located just by Haymarket train station within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions, and shopping centers.

It has a total of 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms (1 shared bathroom and an ensuite for bedroom 1), and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room is spacious with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table. It is a perfect space to relax and watch your favorite TV show or stream your favorite movie after a long day exploring the city.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, and utensils, making it the ideal place to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Our main bedroom has a very cozy and comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and two cabinets to store your clothes. This room also has an ensuite bathroom.

Our second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed, build a wardrobe, and 2 bedside units.

The main bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, toilet, and sink.

The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.

The apartment now has fast Virgin Fibre broadband, TV and TV subscription.

The property is situated in the popular Dalry area to the west of Edinburgh city center. There are very good local facilities including a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways and the property is within walking distance to the city centre (approx. 20 minutes to Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle) and to Murrayfield Stadium .

Getting around
There is an excellent public transport service close at hand giving easy access to the city center and surrounding areas (Lothian buses service 2, 3, 4, 25, 33, and 44 plus night buses N25 and N44). Haymarket railway and tram station is within close proximity of the property.
