"Villa Le Farfalle" situated in the green Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and surrounded by a large garden with a beautiful saltwater swimming pool and a soccer field, is equipped with spacious arcades where you can relax and eat with family or friends. WIFI accessible both inside the house and outside (porch / pool).
This villa is located downstream of Castelvecchio di Compito, a charming medieval village on the hills between Lucca and Pisa. A quiet oasis just a few kilometers from both the splendid city of Lucca and the nearest motorway exit (about 10km) which puts it in a strategic position to visit the most attractive places in Tuscany: Pisa, Florence, San Gemignano, Siena and the sea of Versilia. Nearby you can go walking, mountain biking and also visit the WWF Oasis of the Wood of Bottaccio and the Lake of Gherardesca, little jewels thanks to which it is possible to rediscover the Tuscany of the past.
Villa Le Farfalle was born from the complete renovation (2013) of an old 200sqm farmhouse equipped with over 100 square meters of external porches. In the recovery were used authentic types and materials such as exposed beams, terracotta, wood and stone. The farmhouse has been comfortably furnished and is disengaged as follows:
Ground Floor: Entrance, cozy and functional kitchen with dining table; comfortable living room with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV. Triple room with double bed and single bed; bathroom (shower only).
First floor: double room with double bed and exclusive bathroom (shower only); double room with two single beds (one pull-out); double room with double bed; bathroom with tub and shower.
Basement: spacious relaxation / game area with table tennis and table football; bathroom (sink, toilet and bidet only).
Outside the farmhouse the arcades, paved in Tuscan terracotta, are furnished with wooden furniture (dining table, sofas, armchairs, tables, barbecue, etc.). The swimming pool area (11.20 mx 5 m tub. 5.60 m), equipped with a large paved solarium with shower, is furnished with umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and tables. Soccer field (mt.16,70 x mt.28). External laundry accessible from the porch.
