Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Incredibly disappointed - I have reached out to the hosts but I have received no response now I have paid and left. Poor descriptions and NOT value for money.
Issues!:
1. Finding a Scorpion in the apartment
2. Earwigs in the cutlery drawer
3. The toilet drainage smells dreadful all the time.
4. The apartment smells of mould and damp that has impacted my asthma. Damp is visible on the walls throughout the apartment.
5. The bedside power socket crackles when you use it making it unsafe and unusable.
6. The bedside lights do not work as there is no power cable to either of them.
7. There is no bin to put rubbish in
8. Trying to contact by What's App is pointless as it does not connect to a human.
9. Issues when checking in as the wrong key was given. The apartment itself is not clearly identifiable so I ended up trying various doors when the key wouldn't work - I did not feel comfortable doing this.
10. Pre-check in was dreadful as the link didn't work so I spent ages chasing the check in process and details
