Country house, not overlooked, located in the typical village of Sainte-Barbe, overlooking the large dune massif of Brittany and can accommodate 2 people.

Shops nearby, Carnac and Quiberon within cycling distance, cycle paths along the dunes and a beach close by, the house, ideally placed, will allow you to take full advantage of the riches of this charming site.

The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen and a large living room opening onto a terrace with a 40m² garden furniture set in palm trees.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Also at your disposal and in an enclosed garden, a Breton granite terrace, facing south, surrounded by greenery with a garden furniture and a barbecue.

Maurice welcomed us at the door , Showdown us his historic Place and was all in all a perfect host. We enjoyed the short distance to the Sea.

Nice house for a vacation

Amazing property - booked primarily for small garden & typical Breton cottage

Upstairs is small but then we had plenty of downstairs space - we loved it & Olivier the owner was brilliant - so helpful. Coastline nearby was out of this world….. Merci Olivier!

Brilliant from Start to Finish - Fabulous Find

What a terrific find - Beautiful location - The owner Morice is so helpful and such a pleasant host. He greeted us on arrival and gave us some useful information on local restaurants and places of interest - We have been to Brittany many times but Morice still found us a few more places , stunning Portivy and St Cado. He even treated us to his homemade Far Breton and the local sea beer. The property itself was lovely with a fresh and clean décor. Excellent facilities inside and out. The garden was a haven of tranquillity. Best holiday we have had for years - Thank You so Much x.

Ein sehr gemütliches kleines Haus und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Es gibt ein liebevoll gestalteten Patio auf den man sonnig und schattig sitzen kann.Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind unter dem Dach.Wäre die Hitzewelle nicht gewesen, wäre es ein toller Urlaub gewesen.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir am liebsten einfach geblieben wären.Olivier ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mit dem Auto zum Radverleih gefahren.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Het is een gezellig huisje, een tuintje waar het aangenaam vertoeven is. De communicatie met Olivier verliep heel vlot en aangenaam. Het is op wandelafstand van het strand en wandelroutes. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Olivier a été très sympa, le gîte était conforme à la description sauf pour le parking qui n'est pas couvert mais à l'extérieur. Nous reviendrons dans ce petit cocon au milieu de ce village typique de Bretagne. Merci encore pour cette belle découverte.

Location tout à fait conforme à la description : propreté irréprochable, fonctionnelle, calme, extérieur apaisant et bien agencé. Et surtout à proximité d'un patrimoine exceptionnel, à visiter sans trop s'éloigner. Sans oublier une mention particulière à la qualité de l'accueil et à la gentillesse du propriétaire.

Idéal pour passer quelques jours au calme proche de l'océan.Super balade depuis la location avec départ à pied pour notre plaisir et surtout celui de notre toutou...Plein de randos à faire pour ceux qui aiment cela.Maison tout confort et hôte à l'écoute.Nous reviendrons certainement.

Petite maison typique, très bien entretenue, idéalement située pour aller à la plage, au départ de nombreux sentiers de randonnées pédestres ou cyclotouristes. Un agréable accueil de la part du propriétaire très sympathique.
