Die Wohnbedingungen sind angenehm, allerdings muss man beachten, dass die Wohnung von der Straße durch eine Doppelverglasung abgetrennt ist und man nur wenige Meter vom Bett entfernt läuft, Es gibt keine Sichtverbindung, aber man hört alles ganz deutlich, Die Straße ist jedoch relativ ruhig und hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, Die Duschtür ist defekt, Das Bett ist sehr bequem!
